Conduit9 Labs Practitioner Terms
Version 2 · 25 September 2026 (version 1: 14 September 2026) · conduit9.com
These terms apply between you, the practitioner who signs up for a business site on Conduit9 Labs, and Conduit9 Labs (operated by 13592791 Canada Inc.). By accepting them in your backoffice you agree to the following. They are written to be read, not skimmed; if anything is unclear, ask before you accept.
1. What Conduit9 Labs provides
A hosted business site under your name, a checkout your customers pay through, the intake flow, generation and delivery of your branded voice-analysis reports, the customer emails around each order, your backoffice, and any modules you switch on (such as booking engine). We host, maintain and improve it; you run your practice on it.
2. Your plan
There are two ways to run your practice on Conduit9 Labs, and you choose in your backoffice.
Performance has no monthly fee. Conduit9 Labs earns only when you do: a share of each sale you make, described in section 3. You may stay on it for as long as you like.
Pro is a monthly or annual subscription at the rate agreed when you sign up, plus a smaller per-report fee, also in section 3. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your backoffice or by writing to us; your subscription runs to the end of the period already paid, and your account then continues on Performance with your site, your customers and your history intact. An unpaid subscription suspends your backoffice and your checkout until the card is updated.
Setting up is self-serve and free on either plan. If you would like us to set your practice up with you — your brand, your page, your prices, your payments, your calendar and your domain — Concierge Setup is available as a one-time purchase at the price shown in your backoffice. It buys our time, not any feature: the finished result is the same either way. It is not refundable once we have begun.
3. Report generation fee
Reports are generated with Anthropic's Claude Opus 5, the most capable model available to us, because the quality of the report is what your customer is paying for; we may move to a model of equal or better quality, never a lesser one, without notice. Every report produced this way has a real cost per report. To cover that, and on Performance to pay for the service, each sale you make through your Conduit9 Labs checkout carries a platform fee. It is deducted automatically from that sale as a platform application fee through Stripe before the funds reach your account, and it appears as such on each payment in your Stripe dashboard. It is never invoiced separately.
On Pro the fee is a flat platform fee per sale — an analysis, or any other product you sell through your checkout — the same on every sale. Reports you give away with a complimentary code carry no fee; Pro includes a small number of complimentary analyses per calendar month, shown in your backoffice, and unused ones do not carry over.
On Performance the fee is 25% of the price your customer pays for each sale — an analysis, or any other product you sell through your checkout —, after any discount and before tax, never less than $4.50 and never more than $25 per report. Because there is no monthly fee, there are no complimentary analyses on Performance, and an analysis cannot be sold for less than $10.
We may adjust these fees with thirty days' notice by email.
4. You are the merchant
Payments go to your own Stripe account. You are the seller of record to your customers: your name is on the receipt, you set your prices and discount codes, and you handle refunds. Conduit9 Labs never holds your money. Stripe's own terms apply to your Stripe account.
5. The reports
Reports are produced from the scan and details your customer provides, using AI, and are delivered under your name for you to review. They are wellness information, not medical diagnosis, and the platform says so on every report. You are responsible for how you present and follow up on them with your customers, and for complying with the rules of any organisation you distribute for.
6. Your customers' data
Your customers' names, contact details, recordings, scans, photos and reports belong to your practice. Conduit9 Labs stores them to run the service for you, keeps them separate from every other practitioner's, and does not sell or share them. We email your customers only about their own orders and bookings, in your name. You may ask us to export or delete your practice's data at any time.
7. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, text, videos and testimonials you put on your site, and that nothing on it is unlawful or misleading. We may take down content that breaches this after telling you why.
8. Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times, and we will tell you about planned maintenance. Some parts depend on third parties (payments, calendar, email, AI providers) and may be briefly unavailable outside our control. We are not liable for loss of business during an outage.
9. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or if continuing would expose either of us to legal risk, with notice where the situation allows. On ending, your site comes down and you may request an export of your practice's data within thirty days.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least thirty days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. The current version is always at conduit9.com/terms, and your backoffice shows the version you accepted and when.
