Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes, and that's the point: you are the seller to your clients, your name is on the receipt, and the money goes straight to you. Your backoffice walks you through connecting it — about ten minutes.
Do I still run the scan myself?
Yes. You run your voice analysis exactly as you do today and attach it to the order. Conduit9 Labs handles everything around it: the page, payment, intake, the written report and the follow-up.
Is the report a medical report?
No. Reports are wellness information, written carefully to avoid medical claims, and they say so. You review what goes out and you're responsible for how you follow up with your clients.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Everyone starts at yourname.conduit9.com, and your own domain can point to it — we connect it with you.
What if I stop using it?
On Performance there's nothing to cancel — no sales, no charge. On Pro, cancel from your backoffice; your plan runs to the end of what you paid for and your site continues on Performance.
Who owns my clients' details?
You do. Their names, recordings, scans and reports belong to your practice, are kept separate from every other practitioner's, and are never sold or shared. We email your clients only about their own orders, in your name.
What does the Performance fee look like in practice?
A $50 analysis: $12.50. A $99 analysis: $24.75. A $150 analysis or more: $25. A $15 analysis: $4.50. It's taken automatically by Stripe from each sale — nothing to invoice, nothing to track.
